Responsibilities:
- Coordinator: Manage the academic schedule, coordinate with teachers, assist in curriculum planning, and ensure smooth school operations.
- Qaria/Qari/Quran Teacher: Teach Quranic studies, assist students in proper recitation, and help them with memorization techniques.
- Hafiz: Lead Quran memorization sessions, guide students in learning and reciting the Quran correctly.
- Subject Teachers (Chemistry, Physics, Biology): Prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, assess students’ progress, and provide feedback.
- General Teachers: Teach assigned subjects, maintain classroom discipline, and prepare students for exams.
Qualifications:
- Master’s, MA, M.Sc, or Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject for subject-specific teaching positions.
- Intermediate qualification may be required for entry-level teaching or assistant roles.
- For Quran teaching positions (Qari/Qaria/Hafiz): Experience in Quran teaching and proper certification in recitation (preferably Tajweed).
- Proven teaching experience in the relevant subject is highly desirable.
